骆顺龙，1989年毕业于上海交通大学，1995年获武汉大学博士学位，2001年任中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院研究员，博士生导师，2013-2015年任华罗庚应用数学首席研究员。现任中国科学院数学与系统科学研究院应用数学研究所所长，量子计算与量子信息处理研究中心主任。

主要从事概率统计和量子信息的研究，论文被引用4000余次（Google Scholar），应邀在第八届国际工业与应用数学大会作一小时大会报告。在Bulletin of the London Mathematical Society, Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society, ComptesRendus de l'Académie des Sciences (Paris)，Journal of Operator Theory 等数学刊物上发表论文50余篇，在Physical Review Letters，Physics Today，Physical Review A, Foundations of Physics，International Journal of Theoretical Physics, Journal of Statistical Physics 等物理刊物上发表论文60余篇。
